Be That Bride Events understands that a destination wedding can be very different than a local event and often overwhelming. We want to take the fear away, handle all the details from large to small, so that you can completely enjoy the most important event of your life!

T. Thompson, Hi I am "T"  the founder and owner of Be That Bride Events. I can truly say I have found my calling in life. I have spent over 12 years  emerged in the wedding industry, and can think of nothing else I would rather do. I am a total black and white person, I get to the point and get to it fast. I have very strong opinions on most things and will share them with you, so you can make educated decisions.  When I moved from Los Angeles to Cabo nearly 8 years ago, I knew this would be my home-  I look forward to talking to you and guiding you to that perfect wedding.

I am Ashley.  My first Cabo wedding with T. was more then 5 years ago.  A  beautiful wedding,  we both will never forget!   Born and raised in Hinsdale, IL., in 2014 my family had an opportunity to move to the Phoenix area and we haven’t looked back since.  As a Chicago native I had the pleasure of establishing a diverse hospitality career in the Private Country Club sector that segued into my passion of wedding and event planning. I have had the honor of planning and executing over 500 weddings throughout my career and I always look forward to the next. This industry has been able to provide me with a chance to exceed client’s expectations day in and day out. The ability to deliver experiences and luxuries with an element of surprise is something that I love to be a part of. The art of savoir-faire has captured me in its canvas and the possibilities are endless.
When away from planning I enjoy being with my family, husband Jeremy, daughter Elise and son Blake.

My name is Candela...and I am addicted to weddings!  With a unique and comprehensive background as both an in-house wedding coordinator and as an independent event manager, I have designed and planned over 100 Weddings from Martha's Vineyard, Boston and Cape Cod to Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Aspen.  Due to my own multi-cultural background and international lifestyle, I have a special place in my heart for crafting "Fusion" weddings.  These weddings and events present the unique challenges that come along with needing to find creative ways to blend multiple cultures, traditions, religions, customs, and family expectations into one seamless, stunning, fantastic and cohesive event.  I am delighted to now be lending my talents and planning passion to all the wonderful couples that Cabo San Lucas allows me the opportunity to create amazing wedding days with.  In my free time you can find me keeping current with all that the industry has to offer through my regular reading of wedding blogs and magazines from 9 different countries in 3 different languages.  To this day I maintain that I only learned Spanish not because I broke with tradition and attended university in Spain, but because I only had access to the local wedding magazines for that period of my life!

Hola, soy Cristina! I am what the girls in the office call “The Wedding Specialist”. I’ve been in Los Cabos for 35 years and have been a wedding planner in Cabo for the last 14 years, so I am definitely your go to lady! I love all the fun wedding moments I’ve come across over the years. I can share so many stories! I simply love what I do, and wouldn’t change it for the world. When I found Be That Bride Events I knew they were the company to work for and I love every minute of it and every fabulous wedding we produce. When you call the office I am most likely the friendly voice you will hear on the other end.
